Heat
Place your Shinplex™ in hot water for 2 minutes until they become soft.
Mould
Apply to shin and gently guide to desired shape until the pad is solidified. Do not stretch or press hard.
Go
Once set and the pad is locked to your exact contour — add the shock-absorbing insert and go.
