    How do I Track My Order?

    • Tracking number will be provided and emailed to you with step-by-step instructions
    • If there is no tracking number please email summer@shinplex.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

    I only received one item but I ordered more

    • If you have ordered multiple different items, they may be sent separately.
    • There have been delays in delivering items due to COVID related supply issues - rest assured they are on their way. During this time we have been prioritising your Shinplex® order so you can get this ASAP even if it means your remaining items will be delivered separately. Rest assured we're working around the clock to ensure timely delivery of goods.
    • Due to high demand some products may take longer to arrive from dispatch so please be patient, they will arrive!

    Can I change my Shipping address?

    • We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details through 'Contact Us' and Summer will help change this over for you.

    When are you restocking?

    • Apologies you could not find the colour/size you were looking for! We'll happily remind you when we have them back on the shelves so you're first to know - easiest way to do this is to subscribe to our newsletter. No spam, just great offers and a few surprises 👀

    How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

    • We’re sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank.

    How secure is your payment?

    • Privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

    How long does does Shinplex shipping/delivery take?

    • UK  2-3 working days
    • Europe 4-7 working days

    Do you ship Internationally?

    • Yes, we offer Express Shipping ONLY if you are outside of Europe. This is to make sure we can not only track your delivery but also minimise the time you have to wait.

    I need to cancel or change my order!

    • These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner you will need to go through our returns process once it has been delivered to you.

    My Shinplex has bent inwards too much after moulding!

    • Don't worry, you can remould them. To prevent this from happening the second time, keep you Shinplex on your shin for longer when moulding. It 'caved in' because you removed it too early, it needs to cool down completely while still on your shin so it takes the right shape.

    My Shinplex does not wrap around my shin when moulding.

    • This is because it was not in the water bath long enough. Repeat the steps in the moulding video: https://shinplex.com/pages/how-to-mould-your-shinplex 
    • If 2 minutes in the water does not do the job, you can place your Shinplex in the hot water before 1 minute of cooling, or leave in there for longer than 2 minutes
