UK shipping
Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days. Next day delivery is available at checkout. Free shipping on orders over £45. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse on working days.
Europe and international
European delivery typically takes 5–10 working days. International orders outside Europe may take 7–14 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance. Any local customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders; if a promotion is running, the qualifying threshold will be shown on the checkout page.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are packed and dispatched on working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email, aside from your order confirmation email, with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update.
