Fast, reliable delivery from our UK warehouse. Here is everything you need to know about shipping times, costs and tracking.

UK shipping

Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days. Next day delivery is available at checkout. Free shipping on orders over £45. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse on working days.

Europe and international

Europe and the US typically take 5–8 working days. Delivery time for other countries depends on the destination and customs clearance. Any local customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders; if a promotion is running, the qualifying threshold will be shown on the checkout page.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are packed and dispatched on working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email, separate from your order confirmation. A tracking number is included only if you chose next-day or tracked delivery at checkout. Allow about 24 hours after that tracking email for the status to update.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us at Team@shinplex.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
